Terms of Use
Effective date: July 15, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the RightChiro prelaunch website. By using the site or submitting an early-access request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit the form.
1. About the prelaunch site
RightChiro is developing a platform for chiropractic practices and patients. This website provides preliminary information and lets practices express interest in early access. The site is not the final RightChiro product.
2. Early-access requests
Submitting the form does not guarantee admission to early access, a particular launch date, pricing, availability, or any specific feature. We may limit, change, pause, or discontinue the prelaunch program at any time. We may contact you to learn more about your practice or determine whether early access is a good fit.
3. Your submissions
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to submit information only for a practice you own, represent, or are authorized to enroll. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.
4. Communications
When you request early access, you agree that RightChiro may send confirmation, launch, product, and participation messages to the contact information you provide. You may stop nonessential emails by using any unsubscribe method provided, replying to the message, or contacting hello@rightchiro.com.
5. No medical advice or clinical relationship
The prelaunch site provides general business and product information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency service. Using the site does not create a patient, clinician, referral, employment, partnership, or professional services relationship with RightChiro.
6. No patient information or PHI
Do not submit patient records, medical details, or protected health information through the prelaunch form or early-access email. The form is intended only for chiropractic practice and business contact information.
7. Intellectual property
The site, including its branding, copy, graphics, interfaces, and other content, is owned by RightChiro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for your own lawful business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the site except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to violate law, infringe another person's rights, submit false or misleading information, introduce harmful code, interfere with the site's operation or security, scrape or harvest information, or attempt unauthorized access to any system or data.
9. Third-party services and links
The site may rely on or link to third-party services. RightChiro does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.
10. Disclaimers
The prelaunch site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RightChiro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and noninfringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available, secure, or error free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RightChiro and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the site or these terms. RightChiro's total liability for any claim relating to the prelaunch site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RightChiro and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site, your submissions, or your violation of these terms.
13. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the prelaunch program and RightChiro develop. The revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
